Venue scouting and layout mockups, a run sheet and timing plan for producers, talent and suppliers, supplier sourcing and contract guidance across AV, catering and security, risk assessment and contingency planning, plus rehearsals and technical walkthroughs before the day. From $500 + GST.

What does the $500 + GST consultation include?

Accepted Answer

One briefing session, in person or online, capped at two hours. You walk away with a plan, a strategy and a roadmap, including any other services the event will need. If you go ahead with us, that $500 comes off your balance. If you take the plan and run it yourself, the $500 stands.

Question 3

At what stage should I bring you in?

Accepted Answer

As soon as you have the idea. The earlier we are involved, the more we can plan properly. We can come in later, though the result will not be as good as it could have been.

Do you work alongside the venue's in-house coordinator, or replace them?

Accepted Answer

We work alongside them where that suits. It is often the better option, because the in-house person knows the quirks of their own space.

Why does an event need a run sheet?

Accepted Answer

Any event that has to hit times needs one, and the whole team needs a copy. Keeping the running order in one person's head, or in a small group, is the quickest way to lose the ten minutes you cannot get back.
