Here are answers to the questions that come up most before a booking. The full list also covers deposits, cancellations, permits and equipment hire.
Read all the answersHow do I book, and is a quote obligation free?
Get in touch with what you need and we will arrange a free consultation by phone or email. From there we prepare a written Service Quote covering your specifications. Nothing is binding until you sign and return that quote, and the agreement only takes effect from the date you sign.
How far ahead should I book?
About a month ahead for most jobs. For peak dates, which means New Year's Eve, the Christmas party season and wedding season, allow two to three months.
How far in advance should I book for a wedding?
Three months or more.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is $50 per 50km of driving, counted for the return trip. We work within a 100km radius as standard and will stretch to 250km. Past that, flights and accommodation go into the quote.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance covering our equipment and our team.
Do you do package deals?
